This is the year Dan's redundency brings the show down. I cut the show off to listen to Bodega Boys because i was not sitting thru another radio vs podcast discussion. And i turn it back on to 'would depression fly in a Nba locker room?' As if the stars of the league aren't the epitome of millennial. Russ is the toughest in the league and metrosexual and goes on Taylor Swift concerts. Dan tries so hard to push that he's the smart one.

They'll be alright. They're literally the only regular ESPN radio show still standing over the days of the changing media.
They been hot via podcast for a minute.
At most, ESPN will lowball Dan and 'nem because the ads aren't coming in via live radio ratings, just pods, and they'll bounce.
Which is cool with me.
I haven't listened to National ESPN since Bo's last show.
I'll listen to my local ESPN for Dan and nem for a sec. But, I rock with the tunein for The Ticket
ESPN gonna be real different by Feb 2019.

I just cant see Dan going to another network because he wouldn't want to leave Miami. ESPN built a studio down there and I don't know if CBS sports or Fox sports does enough business in Miami to feel like its worth it to build a studio down there. They could just rent space for the show but if Dan turned down a high paying job from the NFL network and that's the only reason Rich Eisen works there now then I cant see Dan leaving Miami unless he really wants to stick it to his new boss at ESPN. I think ESPN will have a lot of leverage in negotiations especially if Dan would want the other network to also sign Papi to a contract.
Dan has had Bomani on a lot recently I think he is trying get him hot again like he did before and Bomani has turned down Foxsports in the past. If Dan bounces maybe Bomani and few of the people Dan helped blow up will bounce too if they aren't feeling the direction of this new boss. You never know because Keith Olberman quit MSNBC and thought his protégé Rachel Maddow would follow him out the door because of loyalty but instead she stayed and tried to get his vacated timeslot.Don't leave while you hot that's how Mase screwed up-Kanye
