I don't fukk with any of the 3 dishes op mentioned but properly cleaned and cooked chitlins should have a minimal funk throughout the crib. Just a distinct smell of cooked tripe. If it's boomin all in the house and you smell shyt all over then someone needs to stay out the kitchen and hand over the cooking to the proper family cook.
Just do the greens and mac n cheese test to fam and outsiders. If the (collard, turnip,mustard) greens and mac n cheese dont come out right then know your in the presence of a terrible cook

People eat it all around the world. One of the common poor people proteins along with other innards. Black folk call it chitlins, the rest of the world call it tripe. Be careful when you go out for pho or tacos, them peoples be sneaky with it

Kinda, pho is like a broth or soup packed with meat, veggies, and noodles. Some pho restaurants like to sneak it in the dishes. It's cheap and a filler protein. Unless you're upfront about not fukkin with it they gon put in your bowl lol
