How? The people who bought a console day one got to play games for three to four years. A XB1.5 or PS4Neo isn't a new system with new games, it's the same system with better specs that is purely optional.

That's like saying those who bought a $600 PC card lost because a year or two later a better card at half the cost is coming out.
