Congress is not broken. All 212 House Democrats voted in unison. Under Biden, the Democrats have managed to pass historic legislation with a 50-50 Senate and a net 5 seat advantage in the House.
The problem is not Congress. The problem is, and has been since at least Newt Gingrich, the REPUBLICAN party.
hakeem just needs to do a little behind the scenes schmoozing... find a few of those young honey republican women then wine and dine them.... he just needs to smooth talk six of them over to his side, then all hell breaks loose....
