Everything I'm reading on it says he was mentally unstable. Looks like suicide by cop, sadly. Stole some items because he knew the cops would come.....yelling shoot me when they show up.....bad scene here........waiting on more information to come to light, however....I did see some reference to him having a knife....and it's mentioned at the end of the video but as a question..........graphic shyt right here....life isn't a movie...
