EDIT: Just looked it up. Apparently, she fought someone and a child was one of the witnesses, which made it third-degree cruelty. I was thinking she was a diddler.

I'd love to know what inspired that law. That sounds really stupid except in very specific circumstances. IE. domestic violence.
