The writers did a great job with that scene. If you have tunnel vision like Kanan, the first thought is "Raq had Fame killed."

If you take a step back and think, it's easy to remember she's just paying up $$$ to avoid static from the police.

Kanan even as a teen is showing exactly why Ghost & Tommy outfoxed him. Kanan put all his money in a single place and got jacked by Ocee of all people. He's gonna try to kill his moms over some shyt he saw without even doing the legwork to confirm his theory.

His family always protected him, so he assumed he was smarter than he actually was. Honestly young Kanan isn't much different from Tariq, and I'd argue Tariq is smarter. Raq just isn't on the level Ghost was so Kanan grew up "very comfortable" instead of "rich."

I wonder if it had to do with getting the budget slashed By Starz.

They cut down on a good amount of cast members from last season. Ronnie, Omar Epps (who is probably the highest paid), Fame, etc.

maybe it was either Nique or Fame who they had to get rid of and obviously we know who won that.

Outlander is finna finish its final season and they got the Outlander prequel show on deck for summer.

All that filming in Scotland with the wardrobes and weapons gotta cost $$$$$$$$$$$$$. Throw in BMF and they gotta cut costs. Is Force coming back? That's even more paper.

Some people would tell you this is bad writing . That's why I mostly ignore nikkas opinions on this website. Bias and hate leads all conversations. This show is very well written and well acted. Not perfect but there are very few unrealistic things happening on this show. I don't give a fukk if you need constant action to be entertained, I don't require that shyt.

This shyt is extremely dope. shyt is so much better than the rest of 50 Cents Hollywood catalog that it's crazy.

It's the Power "Universe". They have the right to go thru alternate timelines. Now we know that Kang destroyed this timeline and created one where Breeze got custody when Kanan was young.

Just watched that EP again and that shyt was put together so damn well man.

I can understand nikkas being mad at the Unique situation (I don't think it's bad writing, I think it's just maintaining a likeable character and officially making him the bad guy).

Every scene hit that episode, and I ce again, there was no action. If you action packed nikkas still liked the episode, then hush about your minor ass complaints. We've got plenty of action thru this show. We never seen this level of character development in any show in the Power universe.

I'm gonna watch Snowfall again just to see, and I can't really put this show above Snowfall, but there is nothing keeping me from including it on that level. No other show in the Power universe belongs on that level. This show has legitimately earned it. Abd the ratings are high ASF. It has 4-5 stars on every site I looked at. So even white people are telling you hating ass nikkas that this shyt is fire.

Relax nikkas. I think the next 3 episodes will have enough action to cover for the whole season. I also expect one of the bros to die also.

I thought they were going to kill Marvin at the diner with the Italians. The camera work they used (was really good) just gave me a fukked up vibe. I'm glad it didn't happen but I believe they did that intentionally.
