Especially since it was at Proctor's house, couldn't there be video footage or cell phone tower records of the agent being there?

I thought Sandoval was gonna kill Beecher. I had no idea Tommy was gonna do it. Even when Tommy said he was gonna be at Proctor's place to hear what Beecher had on him. Tommy is my favorite character on the show. Dude just don't give a fukk and he handles business and makes sure his name is good in the streets. I respect that.
