I think it's because the main Raina plotline is just...boring
it is - thought it was just me but that was too much of a shock value cliché. The most innocent and non-involved person on the show gets murdered. They overdid that, now this season is just depressing. This wave of sadness is cast over every episode and now I don't give a fuk about any of the other characters or what else happens to them because all their involvement is what ultimately led to Raina's murder.

I'm not about to comb through every old 50 Cent rambling interview but I did remember he mentioned on Breakfast Club in 2015 before season 3 that originally he was said to be Ghost for Starz to pick up the show (@ 5:00). He specifically says that he is the only reason Kanan's character was still alive even then (5:45). If it was anybody else that character would've been dead.50's on-screen character has to stay alive for them to have negotiation leverage. If you personally like the show's writing and dont see the plotholes, cool

son this fukk nikka tommy overstepped mad bounds with the italian gangsters
They let this nikka in the squad for 2 hours and he already went above the bosses head looping them nikkas in for that failed hit attempt on Dre
He got off easy with that lite ass punishment
He was dead wildin off rip
The fukkery he provides in any given situation is top notch

latest episode was terrible man.
Teresi reminds me of Skip Bayless i can't take him serious...the casting of the Italian side has been poor in general so far.
the acting in that Lala/Keisha and Tommy scene was horrid.
what age is Cristobal supposed to be ? son looks a smooth 36, but when Dre said he was his number two the guy that had a problem with it was acting like Cristobal was in his early twenties.
how the hell Angela fall for the papers on the floor "meet cute" with that guy who is obviously going to dirty
speaking of Angela...she and that other female detective had a little chemistry.
