Courtney Kemp really needs to stop giving interviews until all of this is over. She basically admitted to Afterbuzz TV that the gun that was used to shoot Ghost belonged to Angela.
That essentially narrows down the list of suspects that it could possibly be defeating the purpose of your “supposed” cliffhanger.

I totally believe that it was Q who following Ghost in the car. I also believe that he was involved in the shootout with Tommy and Ghost which would explain how the person knew where they’d be.
