Tasha and Tyriq have bigger motives to cap him than Paz

Paz knows for a fact he ain’t even kill her sis

Ghost legitimately ruined Tasha’s life.. he ruined her biz, inadvertently influenced her son which lead to her daughter’s death, killed her next, cut her money off, etc

tariq’s motives are self explanatory
