When Proctor's daughter tried to fake cry in the judge's chambers

I’m assuming that eventually Ghost and Tommy will team up to kill Jason but I’m really lost as to if one will go to jail and the other dies or if 1 prevails and gets away in the finale. I don’t really see everyone ganging up on Ghost in the beginning for them all to be successful in the end.

I have a feeling that Proctor will help Ghost frame Tommy as being the real Ghost by using that laptop when we reach the end
