I would dispute it, appeal or whatever and I would file a complaint with CFPB against B of A. You might be able to force B of A’s hand to back down because something unethical occurred in this story.

This agency be backing these banks down. Big fines possible. Tell your story from how this loan was marketed to you and how they are now taking it back causing hardship to you.

Also, b of A is the devil. Get with navy fed or whatever highly rated credit union you have proximity too.

Fool don't be projecting. All nikkas didn't get PPP loans, so they are clearly very intelligent. There are Black people who had legitimate reasons and businesses that got the loans that are also quite intelligent.
