Pray for Atlanta’s gang members. Picture surfaces from police records with a list of gangs that could be next to get RICO.

Surely when in a criminal gang one of the main objectives should be staying hidden
These nikkas got logos :dead:
I think the main objective should be to go legitimate so I don’t mind the logos.

Killer Mike had a whole show about what if gangs took their business structures and applied it to legal hustles like selling soda.

They can do that through the music business but these dudes want to do both.

These labels like YSL and 4PF are in a position to create so many music industry related jobs and have the capital to start many small businesses in their neighborhoods for their people. But they can’t just get over selling “dog food”, the “opps”, the need to “hit licks”, and “flip” shyt.

Hov never hid shyt everyone he came up with got high ranking positions in Roc Nation/Roc-a-Fella. All Jay day ones that were doing dirt with him. It was never hidden Ty Ty, Emory, OG Juan.

Even A$AP Mob was able to create an entire collective of video directors, producers, stylists, fashion designers, rappers, etc. all dudes that would have been doing who knows what in Harlem and the Bronx if it weren’t for that outlet.

Financing criminal organizations, providing services for criminal organizations, engaging in money laundering and on. Since, that's what they allegedly are according to you and your friends?
How would these charges stick.

The label finances records.

If a rapper chose to take his legally earned music money and use it to finance packs, order murders, bail out gang members that is on them.

I would make the argument that labels shouldn’t be signing these artists given their content and affiliations but at the end of the day they follow a supply and demand formula. This type of music is championed by the masses and protected by the Constitution.

Clear difference is these newer dudes are on all types of drugs daily. They aren't thinking logically

Then you got some kids from pure dysfunctional households that never had a shot in life

Everyone in a gang doesn’t want to be productive.
