My condolences fam, I understand. I also lost an uncle to cancer. Life is short man, enjoy it and take care of your health.

Its not even an option for poor people which is why the hoods are filled with mcdonalds, delis with nothing but junk, chinese and chicken spots where wverything is fried. Even where i live once it passes 9pm your only option to eat is late night fast food or 711(ugh) and wawa here in jersey(processed GARBAGE, slimey ass meat).

Telling poor people to goto healthy food stores like whole foods when the average family that is middle class CANT afford to shop at is not the answer.

i used to say the same thing about ppl when i heard they were ill but over the years ive seen ppl who appeared to be healthy and fit end up passing or suffering from a life threatening illness.

we gotta make it a priority to get regular check ups at the doc. i know brothas hate going to thr doc, myself included. but a lot of these diseases we're dying from are silent killers. no major symptoms and we just write it off as little aches and pains or old age. and by the time we do find out, its too late.

This and knowing your family history. For a young guy jack must have had a history of colon cancer in a close relative. And cancer tends to be more aggressive in African Americans when it’s diagnosed.

I was watching one of those food documentaries on netflix and they said only 5-10% of cancers are genetic, the rest all come from what we put in our bodies. I went Vegan in June and I've never felt better, I wish I would of done it years ago.

I hope Combat caught it early enough that the chemo will be enough. He's too young for this and I know he has a few kids that need him.

Tupac had worse than cancer,he layed up in a hospital with some of his fingers shot off, head as big as a watermelon as he was pumped with fluids to temporary keep him alive, paralyzed,his lung removed, crying tears that ran down to his ears,as Danny boy sung songs in his hospital room. Trying to speak and not being able to and then dying. Combat decided to shoot shots at him after he was gone for years.
