No. Vince turned Rock because Rock went to Jim Ross and wanted to Turn heel because the Maivia character didn't make sense with the reactions he was getting.

If they're going to do a Shield reunion, especially if it's only for a short time, they need to go all the way with it. Old theme song, padded gear, slicked back hair, entrances through the crowd, masks and hoodies, and shaky camera promos in a strange room.
