What was supposed to be at least a 40-year sentence reduced to 20, then reduced to 6, and he's eligible for parole after 3.

The judges, District Attorneys, the prosecutors and the parole boards involved with these cases really need to be investigated deeper. It's a bunch of sick, twisted freaks all helping each other. This kind of thing really needs to be made more widely known. I'm glad there are channels like these which expose the criminal "justice" system. It's like they don't care about protecting kids or public safety.



This next video has a parole board hearing and also a parole revocation hearing, both just as disgusting



There needs to be some kind of public outcry about this.

Most states do, but it depends on the case, particularly when the rapist, child rapists, and molesters have committed murder throughout their spree, and sometimes the duration of it is factored in. Many serial rapists and child molesters, some infamous have faced the death penalty or life imprisonment.

I'm assuming you're talking about regardless of whether a murder was committed or the timespan, they should be faced with life imprisonment or the death penalty, which I agree with in that regard since they are dangerous to the well-being of society because you can't trust them to rehabilitate or somehow “find” their conscience in prison.
