I’ll take the guilty verdict for what it is, but the problem remains and the work has to continue.

Being convicted on all 3 counts I’m guess no less than 25 years and as much as 40...

Judge was hoping the jury convicted on the lesser charge and that way he would on 1 count that way he could sentence him to 2-5 years.. but being convicted on all 3 the judge ain’t got no wiggle run for fukkery

According to this article when the officer pulled up on scene she was going after another female, knife in hand.

I have friends messaging me about this. I mean, I'm glad he's going away - fukk him - but is this going to change anything? Are cops going to start getting that pressure from now on? Qualified Immunity on the chopping block soon? Will the people turn on cops soon?

I feel this is the next question. Did this case set a new precedent for cops in murder cases? Or was it the pressure put on by the Minnesota community that allowed this verdict to happen?

She was. She called the police because there were women at the house she was at trying to jump on her. Grown women. Now, could she have just stayed in the house till they came, sure I guess. I dont know all the details, it was a foster home so the women could have been in the house with her but back to this:

I actually dont care that he had a gun. My opinion would be different if it showed some type of shootout or showed at any time he pointed at the officer but it doesnt. He was trying to get away and when he realized he couldnt, the threw it and turned around with his hands up. If they can arrest mass fukking murders they can arrest this kid. That guy in the store in CO, was actively shooting and they walked his ass out. They just dont care to give caution when the person isnt white or white passing. They see a non white and suddenly, they are scared. Its bullshyt.
