No because those side show games are not only there, they have their own night. Unless you're suggesting they chop off a night from all-star weekend, it's not realistic.

I don't foresee any changes to the East front court selection or West back court.

Made the whole game watchable for the first time in years.

League will have to do something to make the game watchable or eventually ditch it.

NFL is the most popular sporting league in America. While the pro bowl doesn't have the cache of what David Stern turned All Star Weekend into, it is a marketing/celebration/social event for the NFL globally.

NBA has been coasting off of what David Stern did, and now has to pivot without him.

You might want to look up how the NFL has expanded the talent pool and customer base globally over the past 10 years. And the role that the Pro Bowl has played a part in that, especially how "flag football" is promoted globally. They don't stage an actual football game at the pro bowl anymore, they stage flag football. One of the fastest growing sports, here and globally.
