So many things.
1. She's fat, not 7 months pregnant.
2. Having your tubes for a woman doesn't mean you can then magically become pregnant
3. No one at that age would be excited about this happening.
4. Despite internet BS you can't get pregnant at 55 (buh my cousin's aunt's sister had a baby at 60, STFU).
