I'll give you an example since most seem to struggle what it is on k-12 cause it was banned in Florida while I lived there.

Teacher did a class example of where majority of students received a specific benefit that a group of small students didn't receive based on reasons out of their control. The point of the case study was for students to brag about it as a case study showing the damage discrimination and segregation can have on one psychologically.

allowing students to critically analyze these issues and understand how systemic racism exist is banned in Florida
That's the actions of ONE teacher. Not something that is mandated by school admin or the state. And while that's your example, I can point you to one in Grapevine, TX where a teacher was fired for having a poster of MLK Jr. up during BHM and the school board considered that CRT. See how Fugazi the term and how it can be applied is?

Edit: my bad, that teacher was in Pensacola, FL

Mid Terms is about to be a blue wave lol. It's like politicians have not learned , you lean too right, you will motivate voters to the poll to vote against you, same thing as leaning way too left lol
Doubt it most activist black folks think not teaching black history or our injustices is a good thing.

"CRT" can be a curriculum in k-12 they're not only college courses. And most colleges are public schools that recieve public funding

The wording is funny. Public schools generally implies K-12. Public Universities implies secondary education. I wonder if public funding includes fafsa. Can anyone name a high school where CRT is taught?

Public schools? Wasn’t crt a college thing? :patrice:
It is. CRT is a college level course that any private institution can teach. This is meaningless.

Moreover, any teacher can have a course that is called something else but still focuses on race. How are they going to enforce this? By spending more government money to investigate individual schools and teachers when they were elected to CUT costs?

Youth don't actually give a shyt about this stuff. Theyll do whatever course they need to do to graduate. The only people that care are parents who have way too much time on their hands and such little actual problems that they need to make up shyt to be mad about for clout. Social media and corporate "news" has created the kind of brain rot that will require maybe 2 or 3 generations to undo.
