My son was born with a black President in office. To him that's all he knows. We rarely have any positive reinforcement in the black community. In the media there is always biased news stories painting blacks as the criminals. In movies rarely do you see a positive movie that displays black empowerment with some sort of white hero to help us find our way. When you say what it means to black people, that is perhaps the dumbest fukking thing someone could say. You can say that Obama did not free black people like many of us expected him to do. But lets not get side tracked, the man is a politician FIRST......who happens to be black. I wasn't expecting much because most politicians are full of shyt. Obama included. But what I can take from this is my children can this world is a way that was never provided to us. They are now able to dream big with the knowledge the sky is not the limit but only the beginning. You coming with all these talking points on some bitter nonsense. The man don't owe you shyt. He did his part, the better question is what did you do, what have you done to better yourself, your family, your life. If you did nothing but want to blame Obama for not doing more, then you the sucka in the equation. Take the shyt for what it is. A black politician was President of the most racist country in the history of the USA. That is the embodiment of power. Now the next step is black people stepping up to the plate and doing our part to make our lives better. And I don't really fukk with Obama like that.
