That Giants game was crucial. Now we gotta get Seattle who's hurting right now to keep momentum before the bye. I said before the season started that if we are at or right below .500 we got a chance. The second half of our schedule is not that bad

I'm always on the fence with these kind of situations. If we somehow get to a WC game with a 8-8 record I'm not sure what good it would do.

I also want to win but with so many wholes and a shyty staff, what good does winning enough to fight a playoff spot really does?

I'm fine with competing and getting better, that's why the Giants L didn't hurt after a couple of days.

Doubt it . No matter how you put it. They would have to at least split with the teams in the division to go regardless. 10-6 gets us in. The teams that we are competing against aren't very good. Our team has talent.

Boldin had a good game, but he's still not the dynamic playmaker he once was. We know what he is now, which is a elder statesman wr who can make tough catches in clutch situations (glad to see he's gotten over that bout of drop-itis) . He ain't outrunning anyone or consistently making big plays. He's good for 1 or 2 clutch chain movers a game now. Even on that 50 yarder he came up gassed. This is most likely his last year. We still need to find a dynamic number 1 wr
