Its funny, a lot of people don't realize that the team wasn't what it was supposed to be because of the star vets of the NBA were scared of security for themselves and family due to 9/11 which happened less than 3 years earlier. I remember Larry Brown pulling players out when they were He was the worst selection for a younger group of guys.
