One of my favorite Ghost albums...classic...Biscuits, Its Over, Beat The Clock, Run, Metal Lungies Kunta Fly shyt, Holla, Be This Way...I even liked Tush ...No ID, RZA and Nottz showed they ass on this album

i credit ghost for getting me into old soul music and r&b. dude's albums are always great and full of great samples.

One of the dopest aspects of Ghost/Rza. Them cats grew up on that good 70's soulful sh1t, you can feel it in the lyrics and the music, especially on this album, da gawd killed it

holla is one of the best ghost songs period he KILLED that delfonics beatand biscuits? that shyt is too tough

Cosign, sh1t is classic imo.

Comedy, from him damn near on the verge of tears near the end to him singin along right over the origial fu*ckin chorus.

He even have me singin along on that cut

Ghost had his clown suit on on this album...red nose, shoes, bells and all the sh1t.

One of the funniest lines on the album was on Tooken Back,

"Told them I bodied an upcoming basketball star, once I heard that I fell out the cop car real hard"

this was spring of 2004, no? I remember going to the local shop around my campus and buying it. Joint cost 16 dollars, but I was good. Really liked this joint, played it the rest of the semester. Great samples
