Naw if you mess with a vape sativa you will be hyper focused. I do it from time to time especially when it comes to cardio

Now there has been times where if I smoke it might MOTIVATE me to do a small workout or some shyt cause its ups your dopamine. So a mofo would even be motivated to clean the whole house after a nice joint but for the most part that shyt is best to alleviate and relax you and make that postworkout food taste good as fk.

Depends on what you smoking breh. Pre-workout you have to smoke some sativa type of weed that will give you more of an energetic boost. After the workout that's when you smoke some fire indica to calm you down and assist you with your recovery.

you dont need a pre workout, just coffee with Mac oil, beta alanine, l citruline and beetroot powder.

but yeah macrodosing a sativa thru my vaporizer before a workout improves focus, concentration and mind muscle connection

I do it on the weekends when I usually do accessory work that doesn't require high-intensity levels. I find that it helps me with mind-muscle connection and I can feel the contraction in the targeted muscle better. Just throw on some old-school R&B and make sweet love to them weights:dame:


It's not for everyone and I certainly wouldn't make a habit of it but I do casually enjoy a lift or two per month while zooted. I also make sure I'm not walking around smelling like it at the gym. That's just poor etiquette. And to the OP I wouldn't make a habit of consuming pre-workout and cannabis.
Smoke a weed vape and you won’t smell like anything














Use some eye drops though if you wanna be low key :mjgrin:

I remember me and my boy used to take that Jack3d original formula.

That shyt would turn you into a demon. Skin tingling muscles feeling like go time.

Then it started killing people.
