Let me guess a bunch of people that already have a Switch, Switch 2 or have no intent of buying a Switch will be upset the Switch price went up.

Who does that even really impact? Who wanted a Switch and in the last 7 years hasn't acquired one?

Nintendo stans gonna say its Trump. So why the price of the PS4 didn't go up. I can walk in Best Buy right now and get a Blu Ray player for the low. gonna post on reddit and walk right past their old ass TV that never got a price raise. Sick of these nikkas.

They aren’t manufacturing the ps4 anymore.

Not caping for Nintendo cause realistically the switch should have had a significant price drop by now just based on the parts it uses from 2013.

They are overcharging for the og switch to make up for losing money on switch 2

PS4 Slim was the one still in production. But you can't really buy a new version looking at retailers. So might as well consider it out of production at this point.

That price increase is eventually going to carry over to the Switch 2 and it'd be naive to pretend otherwise.

There are people that doesn't have $500+ to fork over for a new console, so they'd be likely to buy the previous ones.

Maybe it will carry over. Thats just the way it is. The price of everything is going up. You should see how much fast food has increased in price.
