PG - Smush Parker (Out of the League by age 26.)
SF - Luke Walton
PF - Lamar Odom (Best player Kobe played with in the mid 2000's. Very inconsistent. One Day he'll give you 14/10, the next 3/4. You couldn't rely on him for shyt.)
C - Kwame Brown/Chris Mihm

You really expect that team to go anywhere? Are you really this fukking stupid? Not to mention Kobe was playing in the Western Conference.

The year Lebron's Cavs went to finals. They faced a Wizards team without Arenas and Butler, in the second round the played the Nets and in the ECF they faced a Pistons team with a one leg Chris Webber as their starting center. If that Cavs team had played in the West its highly unlikely they would have gotten past the first round. The Cavs getting swept by a Western team in the finals proves that.

Your argument is weak.

u forget he had the goat coach. Any other coach and their not winnign 30 games. Let's not forget about phil.

Lebron is better than Kobe at every facet of basketball. Including being a teammate.

.............. and in the ECF they faced a Pistons team

That went to two NBA finals, 1 embarrassing Kobe and the Lakers and four straight Eastern Conference finals. Lebron and the Cavs had no business beating them. Prime Lamar would of been the best player Lebron played with if he was on the Cavs and he still lead them to 50 & 60 win seasons etc.

Kobe has never shown you could build a team around him alone, he needs to be on teams where he's only expected to be a scorer that's when he's at his best. With Lebron I know they'll be good initially (even if they're mediocre) I just have to find another piece to put them over the top for the chip.

Depends on what you want. If you want insane scoring outbursts (in the regular season that is) then Kobe is your man. If you value versatility and consistency along with comparable scoring then Bron is your man. Kobe played on a sucky team in his prime because he chose to play on a sucky team in his prime. There is no way he co-exists with D. Wade. :mjlol:. There would be punches thrown by game 2. There is no way he could pick up the slack that Bron does on the interior. Yes that is a matter of size as size does impact your game.

:heh: completely glossed over the first two playoff opponents and mentioned the Pistons from a series against the Lakers 3 years prior. :whew:

:wtf:

Its not the same team. Those Pistons teams were coached by Larry Brown and anchored by Ben Wallace. In 07 there was no Larry Brown, no Ben Wallace, the roster was older and they went from being a defensive team to an offensive one.

I'm going to go ahead and add you to my ignore list, because clearly you're an idiot.

Or does this mean I do know what I'm talking about? Your sarcasm and wit has been hard to follow.

Enjoy your fanclub thread.
I'm not a Lakers fan. I just know that the arguments you're making don't hold up, comparing runs in the East/West and drawing parallels to a team 3 seasons apart :manny:
