Kobe in his prime was probably the GOAT perimeter offensive weapon behind MJ in the 80's..lockdown defender and had no bytch in his blood.

He won 2 rings back to back with Pau as his second best player. (He had made only 1 All Star Game before Kobe)

Took a lineup with Smush and Kwame Brown starting to the playoffs..IN THE WEST.

Averaged 35 ppg on better than 45% shooting

Had a much tougher road to the Finals in the late 00's against AI/Melo's Nuggets,Mavs..The Suns...Rockets and Prime Timmy Spurs.

Not to mention this dude just averaged 27,6,5 at 34-35 years old

Meanwhile Lebron just got spanked by the Spurs who might have been the better team but to lose in 5 and then let a 22 Kwahi Leonard shyt on your existence was icing on the overrated cake..he couldn't handle him.

Not to mention he was the 3rd leading scorer on his own team in the 2011 Finals and the sole reason they lost that series.

ESPN would love to forcefeed you this Lebron is this generations MJ bullshyt but fukk that

Prime Kobe>Lebron any day of the week.

:wow:

I really don't think Kobe is a good player to have when you're building a team. I actually think he may be a hindrance.

I think Lebron has proven that he can carry mediocre teams and is overall great for morale and team building. So I pick Lebron.

But for a team that's close, a one piece away type of team e.g. Memphis or Chicago prime Kobe would be the choice.
