prime T-Mac by a mile....

i've been tellin nikkas that KD is nothing but a lanky tall guy who sinks jumpers IF U LET HIM.... now if u decide to really put the D on him he is very capable of being LOCKED DOWN.

u could try whatever u wanted on prime T-Mac, if he wanted to score he was gonna score plain and simple.... T-Mac was next level offense, the type of shyt u grab ya popcorn and drool at the greatness... the type of shyt u go to the park after the game and act like u T-Mac.... the type of shyt that had opposing coaches telling his players "hey I don't know what to tell u, just try defending him"

And what's crazy is, T-Mac(along with VC and AI) were doing all of that damage in the early 2000's off of natural talent. Of course, it caught up with them in the long run but you had Kobe busting his ass every off season and these guys weren't going to practice or even doing pre game shootarounds.

AI VC and T-Mac were naturally next level talents, no hardwork, dedication, and film study for them cats.....

when u look back they get caught up in that whole hiphop/basketball era.... where u had rappers wanting to be hoopers and u had hoopers living like rappers.... them cats were at hiphop concerts and video shoots when they should of been practicing or getting rest.

imagine them three with the dedication of a kobe bryant, we are talking 37-40ppg numbers from any one of them.... I know it kills them when they see cats that lack the natural ability they had but make up for it in work ethic.... u couldn't tell them dudes in that era nothin, they were caught up in that hiphop culture.... u had AI gettin pissy drunk in ATL wit dupri and nelly and u had VC dancing on a injured knee at Nelly concerts.

Durant is the man at sidekick to harden and West. He's the undiputed best player on that team and has done more at 23 then Mac ever did in his career.

Neva said he wuz Harden's sidekick, and just because ur da best player on da team, don't mean ur da leader. Just look @ James in Miami. If Flash is still in prime form, there's no question who's team that is. Even tho James is the best player talent-wise, Wade has the heart and killer instinct that James never had 'til he teamed up with arguably 2 other top ten-twelve players @ that time (and still may not have). Could we b seein' the same thing from Westbrook & Durant?

If your a great player you should at least be good enough to get your team out the first round and Durant is a better scorer and rebounder than T-Mac ever was

Look at what Durant is doing by himself though now. Putting up numbers and not winning. Tmac was on some shytty teams

I respect Tmac and I've seen him do some amazing things but the idea that in his prime he was better than KD is ridiculous. Tmac was never able to get out of the first round of the playoffs and KD has been to the finals and conference finals and he may not even be in his prime yet. If you watched the nba in the early 00's you know that the eastern conference was the worst it has ever been and he couldn't get out of the 1st round. I hate to say it but Tmac is a loser, him and Marbury are the same type of players - all the talent in the world but can't lead a team

The bottom line is KD will be going to the HOF and Tmac is not

Tmac did play in this era though, he was only 25 when the handcheck rules changed. It's not like his prime was 15 years ago.
