"Hit 'Em Up 2" is not the real track title it's simply the demo and first-take recording for which became the retail version of "Hit 'Em Up" which is actually the second version.
EDI Mean said Hussein Fatal washed 2Pac in the studio with his verse so he was adamant to re-record the entire song which is why on the retail version he has two verses besides Fatal's. The first recording is a scrapped song for All Eyez On Me recorded in late '95. The retail version on the other hand was re-recorded and mastered in May and released in June both of '96.

ask the 2pac legacy forum as that's the source. I'm sure whoever leaked it has the liner notes.
Naw it's from somewhere else originally, not that site. I've had it for a while, it was collecting dust in the back seat of one of Big C-Styles cars for 20 years and then got included for purchase from a buying group. But it's straight from a DAT so no liner notes. I've already asked those that would know, was thinking maybe someone recognized her voice, some of the intonation kinda sounds like Storm, but I don't think it's her.
