If you go back into the history of all these celebs that are dying from heart attacks, you will see a pattern of long term cocaine abuse in almost all of them.

And not really a celebrity but I guess Afeni is part of that crowd too. Even if she "allegedly" stopped and only did weed, the damage was done already.
