Yea prisons are different from jails,a bit more structured and laid back, long as your at a lower level

the jail i was in was structured but far from laid bakk. i wasnt allowed to lay down after 8am. if you wanted to nap, you did it sitting up in your bed.
i wish the place i was in was more like a prison then. at least i wouldve been able to get decent hair gel and underwear from commissary.

Most I've ever done was 2 weeks.Shyt was mellow and laid back.

Most niccaz stayed to themselves or worked out.I just slept most of my days away.

I guess it went so smooth for me because I'd already knew like 5-6 of them niccaz from the outside.


So it was like a lil mini reunion and shyt..Only wild shyt to happen while I was there, some Mexican dude jumped off one of the towers and commited suicide.

my uncle said he was traumatized and went to a different section or some shyt

Why do you need money in prison?

How is the healthcare like?
If you injury yourself or someone injures you, do you get medical help right away?
Have a tooth ache, do you have to wait until the dentist comes in?

What about mental health?
Is there any type of screening process, to determine the inmates mental health on monthly basis?

Some brehs get education/ their degree in jail. Is that from an accredited university/college?

What about laundry? how do the clothes get washed?

Who cleans the toilets?

Depends on the facility and level you on,but yea you got alot of time to go to the library some cats live in there studying the law.

And I'd say it's more chilled going in at 38, but also alot more embarrassing, because you too old to be on that nonsense.

18 it's more so tougher because the young crowd is wild,and your liable to get into alot more shyt if you not careful

Why do you need money in prison?

are you talking about cash money or on the book money?

Depends on the level you at.

But a typical day would be:

Eat
Workout
Class
Eat
Talk on the phone
Play ball
Eat

And a bunch of count times shyt was super annoying

Ideally you'd have some type of work in there. I worked in the kitchen.....makes the day fly by and you eat right.

The worst is the nikkas who talk about they case 24 fukking 7 and be guilty as fukk but they turn into Johnny Cochran. nikkas be like "yeah I shot the nikka but he flinched and I slipped and the gun went off. I'm innocent right ya'll?"

When they start they shyt off with "What had happened was..." I automatically go into mode. Yeah I know the system is fukked up, but some brehs be acting like they some kind of political prisoner and shyt

How do you make friends on the outside? Tell jokes make people laugh. I'm white, was in Cook County for 2 months a few years ago. Met a bunch of cool (but stupid) dudes in jail

How good does your hands have to be in order to survive? Seems like an easy answer, but I feel like thumpin locked up is way different then thumpin on the streets

It's more about your heart than your hands. Hands just have to be decent. Can't be afraid of getting hit though.
