question, do you think if prisons geared more towards "this is what you're missing out on" as oppose to "this is what you get for being in here", that it would help better in rehabilitating prisoners? Not ALL prisoners, but the ones that it's clear that can be saved?

Basically if the "living" conditions were better, that may have a more positive effect in motivating prisoners to do better on the outside. Better living conditions such as better/comfy beds to sleep on, better food to eat, etc.

Yea it's possible,some cats in there just really don't give a fukk,so it won't help everyone,but if they treated people with respect and like humans,I think it would help,all it does is make 95% of prisoners more angry and hostile,then they put back on the streets worst than when they first left,so yea IMO it would

2.Yes you can get big and strong as fukk in prison just off their 3 meals a day and a little commisarry,some joints had good food,some joints were horrible,you got 3 meals a day and the calorie total for all 3 meals,I believe totaled up to about 2,600,a couple of noodles and fish,you'd easily get 3,000+ calories a day,the workouts in there are very extreme,which is why some cats come home so big.

On page one so if somebody already asked this my bad. But what are those three meals in greater details, ive always wondered how them prison dudes be coming out crazy big.

The meals vary from fish,chicken,noodles and cheese,pizza,salad,sandwiches,fruit,meatball subs,we eat 3 times a day,the meals prolly equal up to 2,600 calories a day,add some commisary items and you easily get 3,000-3,500 calories a day,and plus the workouts are crazy nice

1. You spoke on race earlier. What if you're mixed like half black half Hispanic. Or, what if you're a certain race but you were adopted by a different race of parents and that's what you identify as? When a war breaks out, what do you do?
2. How do they pair up cellmates? Do they make an effort to put non violent offenders with other non violent offenders or is it first come first served?

If you black man you better fight with the blacks,white fight with whites,etc,don't nobody care about yo upbringing in there fam

Well they do that at quarantine,they figure out how violent you are,make you take test,etc,and give you your level and celly,they usually pair you up with whoever they want to It's prison

We here who've never been to prison know that it's a lot of talented people in there so my question to you is, would we be surprised to see how many prisoners are intellectually gifted? How many have top tier god given athletic ability or/and strength? How many are great poets and/or rappers? Great public speakers? Etc?

Yea alot of cats in there hella smart,smartest cats I ever met,just went the wrong path.

Some great ball players in there,football,basketball and baseball,cats with 40+ in verts,crazy ball handling,averaging 40+ a game in the prison leagues,just crazy talent,some could get a shot at the league no lie.

Alot of guys who locked up would be able to compete in powerlifting for sure,guys squatting 6,7 plates,deadlifting 8,9 plates naturally,no roids,no weight suits none of that,just pure strength,crazy type shyt.

Some could rap real good,but it's hard to tell who would make it in rapping,because that's a tricky field,but yea alot of gifted cats inside fasho
