A little bit mentally,just adjusting back to being able to freely move around, seeing people change and grow over 6 years,but I wasn't too out of touch, you see some guys do 30 years and just can't adjust too much time has passed,I was only gone for 6 and I'm young so it was that bad. And yea I'm going to school in the fall,and work with my uncle part time for now

I guess most dudes don't fear catching a fist to the eye, but no straight dude wants a nikka up in his cheeks. nikkas on here like double, triple, and quadruple checking to make sure rape ain't what it used to be.
What do you think about weight training equipment within the jails/ prisons? What would happen if they were removed?
I always thought it just made aggressive felons more menacing...But then, it also gives them something to focus their aggression on so it can be a positive.

The weight training is good,because alot of guys workout and that drains them alot, except for the winter,only the real ones go out there in the winter.
I mean yea,some guys become even more dangerous because they're now getting stronger,but alot if big guys in the joint from my experience don't get fukked with and they don't fukk with others, of course you have some who are bullies,but most of the big cats be chill.
Yea tho if the weights were taken away it'd prolly be a riot real talk,cats love to lift in he joint. In there you gotta find something that you love to do,that way time will go by faster and you'll make sure you try your hardest to stay out of trouble so you are able to do your favorite activities. So weights being removed would cause tension.
