lol I haven't exactly followed this with any real interest, but dude is a documented banger from some Stockton gang, and he's catching the fed case because (1) he's documented, and (2) felon in possession in of a firearm, can be a federal offense, if they pick up the case Look at the tats, I am not saying he's 100% killer, but those are gang tats. Given the location, and substance abuse plea I'd say he's also a crystal addict.
But, thats a good look for him, whether any of it actually plays out is another story, but a 2 year bid is nothing, dude isn't going to get raped, he might get tested….but he's already in it, he knows where he fits. If you ever get locked up, esp. if you in it like him, most important thing is what you do when you come home. He has at least a chance to make some paper, given his history and tendencies…theres a good chance he will just be a crystal addict who earns 10k a month for a few months, and reoffends quickly.
...all I've seen were pictures of him with whites and latinas.
