Seems like a step ikn the right direction toward rehabilitation as opposed to just punitive measures.

My skepticism would be whether everyone gets the same shot as he's getting.

Yes. Free time.

i have no problem with rehabilitation. just sad that this would never happen in a state with any semblance of a black population.
