For the LIFE of me i dont understood why people want to go to prison. I worked in a prison as part of my undergrad degree and it was the worse. These dudes have limited freedom so why would you go back after they let you go...

Or maybe the parole board did this so they have cover to not let the rest of the nikkas out. They should have all been going thru psych evals before being let out. This falls on the prison. Guy doesn’t even look remotely straight in the head

These jails and prisons have the money but not budgeted within their coffers to evaluate all these inmates with professionals. There is a evaluation of sorts that basically just weighs the seriousness of your charges and criminal history on if you should be let out or not...

You can't base it on how a guy looks, plenty of guys walking around looking like this guy who won't hurt a fly...
