What can you get on these sites that you can't get on KAT/TPB?

The only difference is that these are private trackers so the speeds are normally alot faster since there are seeding rules.

While it's surely more secure then public trackers isps can still very well see what your downloading. A Vpn is still needed even with private trackers if your worried about that stuff.
