Pro 3 vs Macbook need opinions.

I never had a MacBook in my life but I heard good shyt about em. I used my brothers one time and that shyt was SMOOTH as fukk

I keep hearing all this hype about the Pro 3, how it's cheaper and can replace a laptop. I originally was going buy it off that alone, but them I looked into it. Yea it's $799, but that's for the basic model

If I even want the second best one I'm looking at $1000. Plus the keyboard is sold separately so I know they marked that shyt all the way up. For them prices I might as well get the MacBook right? The only thing that's keeping it a competition is I'm familiar with Windows...I only used a MacBook one time and I was just on the internet browsing.

And I still don't know about using windows products on a mac

Get the macbook. Using the Microsoft Surface made me miss regular computing.

The surface pro isn't a real replacement for a laptop. You can try, but you'll be back wanting a real laptop asap.

It's macs for laptops and pcs for desktops. it's never done me wrong.

Its a tough one for me, but I do like the Surface Pro 3. I just wish Microsoft would somehow shoehorn in a nice GPU in there...shyt would be lovely.

the surface is more like a macbook air or ultrabook. if thats all you need the surface is way more than enough

Surface pro is a good tablet with laptop capabilities. Get it if you want that and stylus capabilties. Get a macbook if you just want a high end laptop.

I just picked a Lenovo yoga 3 after looking at the surface pro for a long time. More like a laptop than the surface but can convert into a tablet. Take a look at it.

I have a macbook air. I wish I spent the extra few hundred on the pro though. The display, the memory, the is ssd is all better.
