I've always been a big Dessy Hinds fan, he absolutely snapped on that PEEP the APRocalypse mixtape.
that's actually one of my favorite projects of the 2000s.
I was so pissed when they made CJ Fly the next dude up. I think he's wack, straight up.
Dessy, Kirk Knight, and Nyck Caution were more deserving imo.
I generally check for all the Pro Era stuff and I hate to sound like a stereotypical old head but I'm not feeling the new direction Pro Era has taken as a whole, they've strayed pretty far from their boom bap roots.
