Probation Question

I just recently started 6 months probation for DUI in PA. Met the PO for the first time yesterday, and she said I have to mail in a form every month. Didn`t even drug test me. She said as long as she gets that form I`ll never have to see her again.

This is my first time on probation. I`m sure I`ll get tested one of these days but is it a random thing that I have to go in for or something else. Anybody know how these things usually work.

probation is different everywhere...when I was on it..I had to meet once a month...and piss test twice a week....no big deal...just stopped smoking. When I got placed on state probation...I had to meet with an actual police officer...then they [placed me on admin probation which is where you dont have to show up at all...just dont get arrested for anything and keep your nose clean

She's telling you the truth, just don't fukk up. As far as the testing that's more than likely too, but don't be stupid and get high, just chill for 6 months. Lat time I was on probation, I came for my visit high as hell like a dumbass. My P.O. was like "have you been smoking" I was like naw, I'm tired She didn't test me. Safe to say, I put the weed down until I got off probation. It aint worth it

I thought it was a game My lil homie man, I been trying to get him right but he won't listen. He did 3 for an armed robbery (first offense) and went back for a year beacuse the P.O. came over his house and found weed in his room Now, he just got locked up again for V.O.P. caused he popped for weed. They gonna try to bury this nikka man

Like someone said before me, if you stay straight you're cool. Had a bogus felony drug trafficking charge cause they couldn't catch me on my shyt so they gave me a yr probation pleading no contest...

Luckily for me, I bowled w/ my PO and use to take his money on the reg so he was like, look for a job even though I know what your job is.

(Basically, put in apps and act like i'm looking) Took a couple of piss tests, I was still smoking heavy but I passed them and that stint was over in 6 months.

If you're PO really cool, you may get off in 3 but since you're seeing her, I could see you doing the whole 6 since that ain't shyt.

Just do your reg w/o being around dumb nikkas. Dumb nikkas will get you caught up, belee dat
