Probiotic gluten free food is the business.. i had this Ayurvedic turmeric latte and realised theres so much out there in terms of healthy nutrition.

I've read that this gluten problem is bullshyt and that it's really not as bad as people make it seem.
Very few people are affected by this.

Maybe the gluten aint a big deal but the probity ish made a huge difference. I went from shyttin once a week to 3-4 times a day. Piff

I took a big BIG cabbage size shyt weekly. Since my operation in 1998 my stomach aint been right. Its chronic constipation. I push out turds the size of 2 coke cans.. I just had to quit meat and go vegetarian or risk anal cancer.

But I've been eating a lot more raw vegetables and juicing and have felt the difference. I cut out red meat a long time ago. I can't see myself going vegan anytime soon, but my health is tip top. :yes:

Yeah it would be once a week then it would take 2-3 days for my ass to heal to drop another load.

That is still is too little. You' re suppose to shyt at least once a day. You should try taking bitters. You probably don't produce enough stomach acid. Most people on a western diet don't. You would be surprised how this affects you're over all health. Moodshine bitters are the best. Taking bitters will curse any digestive problems you have. It will also helps with other aliments. It cleared my acne.

Now i'm going like 3-4 times DAILY.. not weekly. If i shyt any more it'd be a full-time job.

Not that its bullshyt, but from research ive looked into but the whole celiac issue/gluten issue may stem from the use of pesticides and the lack of minerals in the soil.
