Maybe the gluten aint a big deal but the probity ish made a huge difference. I went from shyttin once a week to 3-4 times a day. Piff
Its really good that you are more regular! You should look into prebiotics, check out baobob powder, its godly :wow:

That is still is too little. You' re suppose to shyt at least once a day. You should try taking bitters. You probably don't produce enough stomach acid. Most people on a western diet don't. You would be surprised how this affects you're over all health. Moodshine bitters are the best. Taking bitters will curse any digestive problems you have. It will also helps with other aliments. It cleared my acne.

Speaking of bitters I just started taking that recently. It's good for you, but that horrible taste....goddamn. :scust:

Had surgery, it was on and off(the terrible shyts).. once dropped a dookie so big i almost blacked out... toilet bowl was filled with blood.. like a lot of fukkin blood. I think i woulda died.. i believe i reached for the shyt and grabbed it and pulled it out of my MF a$$hole.. desperate times.

Yeah most of my food has probiotics now (some indian spot i am going to does probiotic food). Also i cut meat(too long to digest) and get 2-4hrs exercise daily which helps keep me regular. It was these 16 hr days behind a screen that fukk your digestion

That’s the point. It's suppose to taste nasty. You'll get use to it. I got my mom on it. She took it for 3 days and then said she had the largest "movement" of her life. She is a vegetarian and a lot of vegetarians suffer from extremely low stomach acid b/c of the lack of protein and as a result of the low acid can't properly digest their food and suffer from malnutrition. I told her it was probably undigested food that was sitting in her digestive tract b/c it had not been processed correctly.

My mom is on that probiotics stuff. Got the fridge pack with sauerkraut and kefir milk. I try to eat healthy but I usually end up getting chinese food when I'm lazy so it would be a waste. :manny:
