Problem With Chase Bank

These cacs wanna rob me

On Nov. 27th I deposited $160 like around 9pm but the problem was the machine started choking and took my money and gave me a receipt saying there was a technical problem please call costumer service, Im all heated now I get home, I call costumer service shorty said Chase will give me a temporary credit of $160 while Chase reviews the problem.

Yesterday I receive a letter from Chase saying:

" We completed our research on the transaction you reported and determined that it was incorrect or unauthorized. As a result, we finalized the temporary credit for $160 that we gave you.

We'll contact you if we learn that transaction was correct or authorized and we need to remove the credit from your account".

man they gonna let you keep that credit; they are just following protocol...they won't act crazy over 160....same thing happened to my friend except theirs was 600 dollars...they will let you keep that credit unless its obvious as hell you are lying

I never understood why people deposit cash into an ATM. I'd rather hold onto it, or wait until I can see a teller just to avoid bullshyt like this, but I see it a lot so I guess thats why i'm doubtful.
