OP should edit the proper tracklist into the first post. All features added.

1. Intro
2. LMDKV
3. Give Em Hell
4. Stay Dope
5. Curb Ya Dog
6. Death Sentence (feat. Roc Marciano)
7. Bear Meat
8. Y.N.T. (feat Domo Genesis)
9. R.I.P. (feat Havoc & Raekwon)
10. Dough Pildin
11. Confessions
12. Bible Paper (feat Alchemist)
13. The One (feat Action Bronson)
14. Breeze
15. Raw Forever
16. Say My Name

Going against my better judgement and allowing myself to be hyped for this release. Alchemist has been on a roll like no other as of late.

Album of the Year possibly
:whew:

I really wanna know how Alchemist gets the samples cleared on the budget he works with...

Couple ways. First off, I'd say the majority of Alchemist samples these days are really, REALLY...obscure European and Asian vinyl. No one involved with those old records is gonna hear it, and if they do, what the hell are they gonna sue for? A lot of these projects have been free, and the others have been indy releases.

You honestly do not have to clear samples for a lot of indy releases. The only time Little Borther ever had to clear samples was for Minstrel Show on Atlantic. Even then, 9th Wonder told them Still Lives Through wasn't a sample because he knew they'd never find the source. It's the only uncredited sample in on that album.

shyt, go back and look on Alchemist's 1st infantry album from 2004. Only 1, maybe 2 samples got cleared on that entire album, and there were samples on every single song. Koch didn't give a shyt. They cleared Hold You Down because it was a single. That's it. IF someone comes at you with a cease and desist like when they came for Ghotface/RZA for sampling Sam Cooke on Soul Controller (Ironman album), they just said "my bad" and took the song off the album.

No one cares in 2013 on free or indy releases what samples you use, especially when ALC is chopping up 1970's Hungarian prog rock.

White Mike, do you have a link to listen to a snippet of "Say My Name"?... I think you said you heard a little bit of that song.
