Alright then how about this Go listen to BOTH albums TODAY with your 2014 glasses on and tell me which is better.

No...I've heard them both, and i'm already listening to N.O.R.E. right now.

As i've already mentioned in here, I fuccs wit' both albums and I chose N.O.R.E. because of what I already mentioned.
The thread didn't ask which one was "better" (which is subjective anyway), but which one I fucced with more.

I don't have to denigrate another album to appreciate another one, and I don't get why other people have to.

But that didn't have anything to do with why I quoted you anyway...my response was a general comment on something
that doesn't make sense to me: how can someone say "nobody was feelin' that shyt" about a project, and then say they
thought it was "good"? But whatever...

of course you don't, lol

anybody even questioning which album was bubblin more is suspect, tbh. no disrespect to P but come on fam, if you was around at that time and in the "hood" you know damn good and well NORE had shyt on smash somethin serious with that album. actually, from the moment "I'm Leaving" hit the street until maybe the 3rd single off NORE, Nore was arguably the hottest/most in demand nikka in New York.

You're definitely right fam. That Super Thug/What joint had the streets buzzing back in 98. Also that joint he did the hook for with Pun furthered that buzz. I remember Angie Mar on Hot97 used to have that NORE instrumental playing in the background back then during her show. I forgot how hot he was till you jogged my memory

HNIC vs. CNN 'The Reunion' is ore comparable in terms of like-quality of the albums, but NORE was an actual solo album and was actually pretty decent.

Yeah N.O.R.E was everywhere summer '98 along with Pun & DMX. Which ever one you like better I won't argue, but I remember Nore being hotter in 98 than P was in 2000
Which is pretty impressive if you look back now and realize how weak of a rapper Nore really is lol
