Does anyone think/have knowledge of a new Maschine coming out anytime soon? I feel like it's about time for something new to drop, but these beat machine companies usually don't announce shyt till the last minute.

I had a dust issue with my MK2 and sold it. I planned on just upgrading to the Maschine Studio, but been so busy with work I been putting it off. But holiday time is coming up and I should have some time to get back on the beats, so I'm ready to cop the Studio now.

But I got to thinking. It's about time for them to upgrade the hardware. These muthafukkas like to keep the shyt all secret like little girls though. It would be just my luck, that I went ahead and copped the Studio, and 2 weeks later they announce the MK3:troll:

Is anyone in the know, or just have prediction on when the MK3 may drop? If it will be in the next few months or so, I can chill. But I don't wanna wait too long. I'm just ready to get back on these beats:sadcam:

It's still going to be usable, you'll be good

I guess it's just up to the price you want to pay. If you're cool with what it's at now then go ahead and grab it

It is about time they put something new out but I haven't heard anything so can't help you there

I'm not tripping on any prices. My fear is that, I buy the studio and Native Instruments drops the MK3 shortly after. I just want the latest version out there. Plus, once the new version drops, the resale value on the Studios will drop.

Yeah that's what I was thinking, I mean if the price isn't too much of an issue just cop now and sell as soon as it's announced

You might find someone who not really hip on a new model bout to drop and still get good resale out of it :ehh:

You probably right. I can just sell it immediately after news is released. If I knew for a fact when MK3 was coming out, I probably could just cop an MK2 again and just rock with that until MK3:patrice:

....i think you should worry about upgrading and more about just mastering what you have, i haven't upgraded shyt in 11 years real talk.

I feel you bro. I really don't NEED to upgrade from the MK2 to be honest. The reason why I want to is becasue they just make some of the features easier. Like somethings you made need to do with a few steps on MK2, you can do in one on the Maschine. Lowkey, it probably not even worth the upgrade. But you know people like to have the latest shyt, lol. I'm like 3 iPhones behind; I don't care about shyt like that. But I want the latest music equipment though:russ:

Edit: I was perfectly fine with MK2 but had to sell cause of the dust issue and figured I might as well upgrade since I gotta buy a new one:manny:
