I'm part of a union but deal with HR ever so often. I made my head of HR avoid the office for the last 2 months after she sent me a bogus email and I laid into her in the most professional way possible.

Today I actually had to see her and she acted like everything was normal when I collected some documents she was trying to withhold. The bytch had basically sent me a bogus contract trying to amend my position and I asked her respectfully if she thought I was an idiot cuz why else would I sign that. Then I raised the issue with the union detailing her abuse of power and the fact that she tried to circumvent contracts already in place. This bytch is walking on egg shells. I've had spats with her on email for the last 6 months and kept detailed records of all her transgressions. I'm going to get her packed up n shipped out. The art you speak of is second nature to me, been handling corporate fools for a minute.
I'm on the other side of the desk from you as I'm in a management role dealing with unions employees. Based on what your saying is a prime example in why any company that has a union has to have a labor department to handle disputes with the union so that no one does or say anything stupid on the management side that violates the CBA.

I'm all for unions and have a more than a decent relationship with the shop stewards and above so I don't subscribe to the BS that the lady your saying did to you. If she did that then she gotta go.

My only issue with unions is unwarranted/unnecessary grievances that could very well be handled with a normal conversation. Also employees that step over the line in alot of things that wouldn't fly in any other company are defended tooth and nail. Having a good relationship with the union goes a long way but some people shouldn't be defended to the end of the earth which seems to be more normal then it should be. It takes time, energy, money and arguments for the sake of arguments.

Oh I don't like unions brother. I was advocating for myself for the most part since last year until the union heard what was going on and jumped in before I was even a member. This woman was actually actively trying to prevent me from joining the union as well and trying to keep me contracted despite me being skilled experienced and eligible.

the union is also hampering me from getting to a higher pay grade because at this organization it fights to make hiring non competitive to preserve old and decrepit senior people from competing with people like me for a position. Luckily theres not a lot of people with seniority above me here with my skillset so I will still take the jobs they tried to push out of reach anyway. I'm caught between corporate and union interests. I agree with your sentiments about unions and who they defend. It's so many unfit members in mine. After years of working independently i can say I didn't miss any of this bureaucracy. As a trades man I'm used to telling people to fukk off 😂

bytch made shyt. Told by a bunch of bytches.

There's a reason why this is on a womens show

Exactly. One of the most satisfying things I’ve ever done was talk to a director in plain English while he was trying to speak in that fakkity tone with the passive aggressive office talk. His bytch ass was PISSED and asked me if I was threatening him.

:mjlol:

Nah nerd. The whole point of me telling you in plain English is so there’s no need for interpretation you damn dweeb.

I'll be nice and say some women actually work together and share real information. :yeshrug:Men at work get competitive and try to get other men fired on some hoe shyt. At least that's been my experience. And i'm not even on that pandering simp shyt with women, but they'll share information like this with each other.
I been working in HR since 2017

The women in HR are the same way and I was told they were and whoever tells you that is right.

The cliques, the backstabbing, the attempting to get someone fired....women do it just as much if not more because of the simple fact that it's male dominated society and so even though its HR (typically female) they have to work harder.

I joke to my one co-worker that this shyt is all like Game of Thrones
