Undocumented immigrants contribute to free healthcare in taxes so for those that do pay taxes should have access to the same system we all pay for.

In fact I would prefer my taxes cover healthcare for ANY immigrant paying taxes over ANY American citizen that just wants government assistance and won’t work.

That would be the greatest outcome but it is not a realistic outcome.

Even if there was the political will to enforce borders, round up as many illegals as possible it wouldn't make a sizable difference and the budget for an operation of that scale would be more than most can stomach.
